Why 'It's my life' is a Bad Argument

Animal consumers have a lot of 'arguments' as to why they keep doing what they are doing. Eating animals. Wearing animals. Exploiting animals. One of those arguments is:

"But it's my life so I decide how I want to live it and what I want to eat"

Heeeell yeah, you decide how you want to live. Yes. You do you. You go Glen Coco.

But.....

When you go down to the store and buy flesh from what used to be a living breathing creature it is not just about 'your life' anymore.

When you go down to the store and buy a jacket made from skin that used to warm a living breathing creature it is not just about 'your life' anymore.

When you go down to the store and buy milk that was supposed to be for a baby cow whose throat was slit so you could get that milk it was supposed to have it is not just about 'your life' anymore.

It's not just about your life anymore.

Come on people.

There is no way you can get an animal product without exploiting the aminal. There is no way!
